Ongoing, Crush Your Goals Virtual Race
First choose your activity of running, biking, hiking, walking, or swimming and then choose your distance! Once you complete the race, take a photo and share it, enter your time, see how your friends are doing, and check out the race stats page. Race package includes a visor, medal, and downloadable race bib. By participating in this race, you will help support Americares which provides quality medical aid and innovative health programs in the US and around the world.
Aug. 6, Open Show – The Museum of Photographic Arts (MOPA) Virtual Event
Five curated presenters will be presenting one project/body of work virtually. Diverse topics will range from documentary to fine art. Open Show is designed to be an interactive forum where audience members are encouraged to give feedback and ask questions of the presenters.

Bake along together on Instagram Live! Every week, a new bud will be invited to whip up one of their favorite recipes. A virtual festival showcasing Cleveland’s jazz talent will stream across various online platforms over two late-summer nights. The scheduled lineup of performers includes Chris Coles’ Gleam, Dan Wilson Trio, Dominick Farinacci’s Rhapsody in Blue: Revisited, Evelyn Wright Quartet, Hubb’s Groove, Jackie Warren, JazzWorks, Joe Hunter, Lafayette Carthon, Sammy DeLeon’s Latin Jazz Sextet, Tri-C’s Spirit of the Groove, Vanessa Rubin, and Walter Barnes Jr. & Friends.

A virtual ride from the comfort of your own saddle, at your own pace, and on your own time. It is a 25-mile ride for all abilities. Aug. 27, Backyard Compost Basics
Learn how to compost successfully! This webinar will cover cold composting, as well as active and passive management techniques. You’ll leave with strategies for jump-starting an old pile, keeping smells down and animals out, and how to compost safely during this time of COVID-19. You will also review Vermont’s food scrap ban from the landfill, and other options for managing food scraps in addition to home composting. Please register before the event!
